Terms of Use — Lumina Television Network

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Lumina Television Network (“Lumina”, “we”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Memberships, Billing & Cancellation

Lumina offers monthly and annual memberships. Eligible early-bird subscribers who join before July 1, 2026 pay $4.99 per month through that date. After July 1, 2026, standard published pricing is $6.99 per month or $73.00 per year. You authorize Lumina (and its payment processor) to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Cancel anytime. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal linked from your profile. When you cancel, your membership remains active through the end of the current billing period, after which it will not renew. Lumina does not provide pro-rated refunds for partial billing periods except where required by law.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to (a) share your account credentials with parties outside your household; (b) attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or circumvent any technical protection measures; or (c) use the service for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Content

All films, series, originals, and other content are owned by Lumina or its licensors and are made available solely for personal, non-commercial streaming during your membership. No rights are transferred to you.

5. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lumina disclaims all warranties and shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes acceptance.

Your California / U.S. Privacy Right

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) and similar state laws (Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, and others), you have the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Lumina does not sell your personal information for money. We may, however, share limited identifiers with advertising and measurement partners so that ads work and we can understand the performance of our content. You may opt out at any time.
